Aidan Rutledge was the difference-maker for South Shields as they beat Buxton 1-0 at 1st Cloud Arena in the Vanarama National League North. 

His header on the brink of half-time secured Shields a valuable victory, which elevated them up to eighth place on Tuesday night.
