South Shields 1-2 Warrington Town: Battling Mariners beaten at home

South Shields lost at home for the first time in the league this season on Saturday despite a tremendous effort against Warrington Town.

The Mariners were dominant in possession for long periods but a five-minute double in the first half from the well-organised visitors ultimately proved to be their undoing.
